All returns must be processed within 10 days of delivery. All orders are processed in real-time and
cannot be cancelled, unless we are notified within 24 hours of order placement.
If your shipment is damaged, contains items you did not order, a shortage in your order, or an
incorrectly shipped print(s), you must let us know within 10 days. Please fill out
the RMA request immediately upon receipt. We will give you return instructions. In most cases, a new print will be shipped
and a call tag or prepaid label will be issued.
If you change your mind and decide you do not wish to keep an item that you ordered, please fill out the RMA request below.
We will issue you a Prepaid Postal Merchandise Return Label. $10 plus a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the overall credit issued.
We are not responsible for returns because of an incorrect address. Please make sure you have
the correct address on your order (check the email confirmation you receive as well as
the page you see after order submission). If an order is not received because of an incorrect address and you request a refund,
your refund will be processed minus the actual shipping charge and a 20% restocking fee. If the package is shipped via UPS and we are charged
for an address correction, we will in turn charge you.

RMA Request For Returning Items
- All returns must have an RMA number that can be
issued by e-mailing a request to
returns@bicycle-art.com. When returning an item, it is important
that you return it in brand new condition in
order to receive a credit or exchange. Unless damaged in shipping, items returned without all
packaging, defaced or not in the same condition when originally shipped will not be
covered by our return policy.

to change or to cancel it at any time before accepting your order.
For all refunds, you need to precisely follow the previous return
procedures to ensure promptness of your refund. You need to also
allow a reasonable period of time for the product to arrive at our
warehouse and pass an inspection process. When your return is
accepted, we will process your credit as soon as possible.
