BICYCLE-ART.COM wants you to be happy with your purchase! In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with any item, we offer a full refund if the item is returned in its original condition and packing within 10 days of ship date. Customer is responsible for return shipping and insuring shipment. If you change your mind and decide you do not wish to keep an item that you ordered, please fill out the RMA request below. We will issue you a Prepaid Postal Merchandise Return Label. $10 will be deducted from the overall credit issued. Please note: The color images on your screen may differ slightly from the actual item color, due to differences in computer monitors and settings.

Ordering:
To order from our website, just click the "Add to Cart" and select quantity, size and/or color choice (if applicable). This will be added to your shopping cart. If you prefer, you can also order by US Mail or fax. You may fax your order to 201-440-8827. In addition, you can call us toll free at 877-358-8621 if you are uncomfortable placing a credit card order online or you can click the "Email Order" button, which will essentially place your order with us without your payment info and we contact you to obtain your credit card information. We want your experience with us to be worry-free!

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept payments sent via U.S. Mail. The charge on your credit card statement will be from "DPD, LLC".

I am having trouble adding items to my cart:
Our shopping cart uses "per-session" (non-stored) cookies. They must be enabled in your browser software for the cart to work. If items will not add to your cart, try checking these settings first to see if it solves the problem. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, go to Tools>Internet Options>Security>Custom Level. From there, scroll down to "Cookies" and make sure "per-session cookies" are enabled. Back Orders
If an item is out of stock or out of print, we will notify you and let you know a date by which we expect to ship it. At that point, you will have your choice of waiting for the item or canceling your order. If you cancel your order (or the unavailable aspect), your money will be immediately refunded. Back Orders should not take more than a week or two.

Delivery of Your Purchase
We'll ship to any street address, PO Box (within the U.S.) and APO addresses. Please note that APO packages can not be tracked. We can provide proof of shipment, but we can not be held responsible if the item does not arrive. In addition, shipment to APO addresses take much longer than the usual 2-4 day Priority Mail schedule. Shipping rates are based on the actual weight of the items you order combined with the distance from the shipping origin.

You will see a calculation of the shipping costs for your specific order during the checkout process. You will also see the total cost of your order - shipping, handling and insurance included - prior to finalizing your transaction. We are not responsible for returns because of an incorrect address. Please make sure you have the correct address on your order. If an order is not received because of an incorrect address and you request a refund, your refund will be processed minus the actual shipping charge. If the package is shipped via UPS and we are charged for an address correction, we will in turn charge you.

International Shipping
We ship to Canada, the UK, New Zealand and Australia. Tracking is unavailable but packages are insured. Delivery times are approximate. Please note - any duties or country tax charged are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

• Once you place an order with bicycle-art.com you will receive a bicycle-art.com Order Notification e-mail with your order and shipping details. When the order is shipped you will receive another e-mail from our bicycle-art.com with the order details and a tracking/delivery confirmation number. Delivery Confirmation is not the same as tracking. USPS delivery confirmation numbers may not be available until the package is delivered.
